Neil Danns has given Huddersfield Town a vital 1-0 lead over Peterborough United at half time in the Championship.
The relegation rivals both looked nervous and Oliver Norwood's wayward long-range effort was the only sign of a chance in the early stages.
Sean Scannell attempted to break the deadlock in spectacular fashion with an overhead kick but his effort was easily saved by Robert Olejnik.
Huddersfield started to dominate possession as the first half progressed, with Callum Woods inches away from an opening goal following a long-range strike.
The hosts finally found the opening goal just before the break, when Danns reacted first to Olejnik's save from Norwood's strike to hook the ball into the back of the net.
