A long-range strike from Anthony Knockaert has given Leicester City the lead against Hudderfield Town at half-time.
Leicester started the match well and could have been ahead in the 13th minute but Andy King's effort from just outside the area sailed harmlessly wide of the Huddersfield goal.
The hosts continued to struggle against Leicester's attacking players and Alex Smithies was forced into a good save when Jamie Vardy found space inside the box.
Kasper Schmeichel had to be alert in goal for the visitors when Oliver Norwood's corner threatened to nestle in the top corner of the net.
Leicester did take the lead midway through the first half and it was Knockaert who broke the deadlock with a spectacular effort from 35 yards to leave Smithies with no chance in the Huddersfield goal.
