Championship side Huddersfield Town have been successful in their appeal against the red card shown to Murray Wallace over the weekend.
Defender Wallace was given his marching orders on the stroke of half time for denying a clear goalscoring opportunity against Charlton Athletic on Saturday.
The Terriers felt that the decision was wrong and their claims have been upheld by an independent regulatory commission.
Wallace's one-match suspension has been erased and he can now feature for the West Yorkshire side in their second round Capital One Cup tie against Nottingham Forest tomorrow evening.
