Sports Mole looks ahead to Saturday's Championship clash between Huddersfield and Blackpool at the John Smith's Stadium.

Blackpool will be looking to build on their first win of the season this Saturday as they take on Huddersfield Town at the John Smith's Stadium.

The Tangerines finally picked up maximum points at the 11th time of asking to climb off the bottom of the table, beating Cardiff City 1-0 at Bloomfield Road before the international break.

However, Jose Riga will know that his side are still a long way from clawing their way clear of danger, and they remain the favourites to be relegated this season.

Blackpool have not won two league games in a row since August-September of last year, while they have also only won one away match in their last 21 outings on the road.

There have been signs of minor improvement on their travels, however, with decent draws against Brighton & Hove Albion and Middlesbrough in their last two away games.

Even so, just two goals away from Bloomfield Road all season is not good enough, and finding the net has been an issue so far for the division's lowest-scoring team.

Riga has no new injury concerns to worry about going into the weekend, and Francois Zoko is expected to start once again having scored the winner against Cardiff.

Huddersfield, meanwhile, are starting to find a bit of form under Chris Powell, who has overcome a poor start to life at the club and is now unbeaten in three.

Impressive victories over Millwall and Wolverhampton Wanderers were followed up by a goalless draw against Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park last time out, giving the Terriers just their second clean sheet of the season.

The win over Millwall also saw Powell pick up his first three points at the John Smith's Stadium as they triumphed in front of their own fans for the first time since March.

However, the injury-prone James Vaughan is once again sidelined this weekend, putting more emphasis on Nahki Wells to provide the goals.
