Stoke City attacker Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting has reportedly turned down the chance to join Huddersfield Town.
The 29-year-old joined Stoke on a free transfer last summer, and managed five Premier League goals for the Potters during the 2017-18 campaign.
Choupo-Moting still has two years left to run on his contract with Stoke, but it is understood that the Cameroon international is keen to depart following their relegation to the Championship.
According to the Daily Mail, Huddersfield made an offer for Choupo-Moting on transfer deadline day, but the attacker rejected a switch to the John Smith's Stadium.
The Cameroonian managed 22 goals in 105 appearances during his three seasons at Schalke 04.
