Championship side Huddersfield Town have completed the signing of versatile defender Joel Lynch.
The 24-year-old had been available on a free transfer since the start of July following his release from Nottingham Forest.
Having agreed a three-year contract with the Terriers, Lynch revealed that it took him just "five minutes" to make up his mind.
"When I first came here I met the manager and the chairman and straight away I had a good feeling about the place. My first impressions were so positive. Within five minutes they had pretty much sold the club to me," he told the club's official website.
"I've been to a few other places and this club attracted me the most. The chairman's ambition is fantastic and it's great that he is a supporter - it's better for the whole club."
Lynch made 90 appearances for Forest.
