Hull City striker Sone Aluko believes that his side's 1-1 draw at Everton could prove to be "massive" in their efforts to move up the Premier League table.
Hull had suffered four successive defeats before sharing the spoils with the Toffees, but Aluko's second-half equaliser has taken the Tigers out of the relegation zone.
The 25-year-old told BBC Sport: "It was a fair result - we dug in after giving away a sloppy goal.
"It felt very good to score my first league goal of the season. We were on bit of a slump so it was key to stop that. This result was massive - it was a very important result for us."
Hull play host to West Bromwich Albion at the KC Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
