Hull City goalkeeper Steve Harper has called on his teammates to build on their win over Crystal Palace when they face Liverpool at the KC Stadium on Tuesday.
The Tigers moved one point clear of the relegation zone at the weekend thanks to a 2-0 triumph at Selhurst Park.
Harper now hopes that he and his teammates can boost their survival hopes with another positive result at home to Liverpool tomorrow.
"Saturday's win doesn't give us breathing space, but it does give us a platform," the veteran shot-stopper told the club's official website. "We know four of our final five games are at home and I think we've shown over the last couple of seasons that, on our day, we can give anybody in this division a game, especially at home.
"The win on Saturday will give everybody a lift, including the supporters who were brilliant for us down at Palace. If we can pack the KC on Tuesday night we'll certainly give Liverpool a game."
Hull's victory over Palace ended a six-match winless run for Steve Bruce's side.
