Hull City are allegedly in advanced talks to sign defender Eric Lichaj from Nottingham Forest.
According to ESPN, the Tigers are currently leading the race to sign the American ahead of a number of MLS clubs also interested in his services.
The source adds that Lichaj, who has one year left on his current deal with Forest, is keen on a move to East Yorkshire and says that talks are progressing well.
The 29-year-old made 22 Championship starts last season, but was given limited opportunities in the team towards the end of the campaign.
Lichaj joined Forest from Aston Villa in 2013, and has made 173 appearances for his current employers.
