Hull City are reportedly hopeful of securing the signatures of Chelsea left-back Ryan Bertrand and Marseille midfielder Morgan Amalfitano.
Manager Steve Bruce is believed to have placed the pair on the top of his transfer wishlist, which apparently contains at least five players.
According to the Daily Star, the Tigers are planning to offer a £5.25m bid for Bertrand, while the club are confident of landing Amalfitano with a £4.5m offer.
Bertrand, who spent half of last season on loan at Aston Villa, is reportedly concerned about his lack of playing time at Stamford Bridge, given that he will play second fiddle to Cesar Azpilicueta following Ashley Cole's departure.
Amalfitano carried out a loan stint with West Bromwich Albion last season, but is reportedly keen on returning to the Premier League.
