Inter Milan director Piero Ausilio has revealed that the club are interested in signing Catania forward Alejandro Gomez in the summer.
The Italian outfit tried to sign the Argentine last summer as well as in January.
"There was a lot of talk about Gomez last year, but you all saw how it ended," Football Italia quotes Ausilio as saying.
"Of course he'd be an important player to build on for the future, but it is still too early to talk about that."
Gomez joined Catania from San Lorenzo in 2010.
