Inter Milan midfielder Joao Mario has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for four clubs in the Premier League.
Mario spent the second half of last season on loan at West Ham United, and the Portugal international was heavily linked with a return to England's top flight before the start of the new campaign.
The 25-year-old eventually remained at San Siro but is yet to make a single appearance this season, and that could allegedly lead to an exit during the January window.
According to Calciomercato, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Leicester City, Southampton and Fulham are all considering an offer for the playmaker at the start of 2019.
Inter are likely to demand a permanent transfer, but each of the quartet will be aware that the Italian giants will likely accept a temporary deal with a loan fee if any move is left until the end of the month.
Interested teams are also unlikely to be willing to spend big on a player who could potentially be left without a competitive outing since the end of June.
