Ipswich Town have revealed that goalkeeper Bartosz Bialkowski has committed his future to the club.
Bialkowski has spent the last four years at Portman Road but with just 12 months left on his deal, the Poland international was linked with a move away from the Tractor Boys this summer.
However, the 31-year-old has agreed to pen a new three-year contract with the Championship outfit and owner Marcus Evans has admitted that he is delighted with the development.
Evans told the club's official website: "We did receive bids for Bart but they were rejected very quickly. It was always my intention to try and keep him at this football club.
"Bart made it clear he wanted to stay as well but it was important to reach an agreement that was right for all parties. I'm delighted - and I'm sure the supporters are as well - that we have been able to do that."
Bialkowski has made a total of 148 appearances for Ipswich in all competitions.
