New Ipswich Town manager Mick McCarthy is thought to be keen on making DJ Campbell's loan move from Queens Park Rangers permanent.
The striker has been a revelation at Portman Road following his switch from the R's, scoring three goals in five appearances.
McCarthy now wants the 30-year-old to commit himself to the Championship club, according to The Mirror.
Campbell scored the winner for Ipswich in McCarthy's first game in charge as they beat Birmingham City 1-0 on Saturday.
