Italy Under-21s coach Luigi Di Biagio has made numerous changes for his side's fixture with Germany Under-21s at Under-21 Euro 2017.
In their last match, Italy succumbed to a 3-1 defeat to Czech Republic and it has left them requiring victory in Krakow.
Mattia Caldara, Antonio Barreca, Federico Chiesa, Roberto Gagliardini and Marco Benassi have all been brought into the team.
As for Germany, coach Stefan Kuntz has opted to keep the same starting lineup from their 3-0 win over Denmark.
Germany will set up a semi-final showdown with either England or Spain if they can achieve at least a point in their final game in Group C.
