Italy coach Antonio Conte has insisted that he is happy with his side's 1-1 draw at home to Croatia in Euro 2016 qualifying.
The Azzurri maintained their unbeaten start to their qualification campaign on Sunday as they claimed a share of the spoils with Group H rivals Croatia at the San Siro.
The match was marred by crowd trouble involving the visiting fans, but Conte believes that Italy did well to deal with the difficult conditions and come away with a positive result.
"It was a tough match; we knew we were facing a very good team with talent and experience. I'm happy with the answer my team provided," the former midfielder told UEFA's official website.
"I appreciated our attitude. Despite difficult moments, my players showed commitment against a very strong team. We can improve a lot."
The result has kept Italy in second place in the standings, level on points with leaders Croatia.
