Italy's Euro 2016 qualifier with Croatia has been halted after flares were thrown onto the pitch at the San Siro this evening.
The referee stopped the action in the 74th minute when a number of flares ended up on the playing surface near the away end.
It is the second time that the match has been delayed tonight, with the qualifier having also been paused in the first half when more flares were thrown, while a number of fireworks have also been set off in the stands.
The players briefly headed off the pitch while the debris was cleared, but there appeared to be clashes between the visiting supporters and Italian police while the situation was dealt with.
The sides were level at 1-1 when the match was stopped.
