Axel Witsel has insisted that he will join Juventus, but is currently unsure whether the move will be completed in the January transfer window or at the end of the season.
The Belgium international is entering the latter stages of his contract with Zenit St Petersburg and it is understood that the two parties have already agreed to go their separate ways.
Despite reported interest from Liverpool and Everton, Witsel has revealed that he is heading for Italian champions Juventus.
"It's great that a club like Juve has not stopped being interested in me. I don't ask too many questions about when I will arrive in Turin, whether it's in January or June. I know it will happen, but it remains to be seen when," Witsel told DH.
Witsel joined Zenit from Portuguese club Benfica in the summer of 2012.
