Gonzalo Higuain has reportedly moved a step closer to joining Juventus by undergoing a medical with the Serie A champions.
Since the end of last season, the Argentine has been linked with a transfer away from Napoli, where he has spent the last three seasons, and it now appears that he will make the switch to their rivals in the near future.
According to Italian outlet Sky Sport, Juventus have indicated that they are prepared to pay Napoli's €94m (£78.7m) asking price, which will be paid over two years.
Arsenal had previously been credited with an interest in the 28-year-old but after baulking at his price tag, Juventus have seemingly got their top transfer target providing that he successfully comes through his medical.
Higuain has scored 89 goals in all competitions during his three years in Naples.
