Juventus have reportedly made the breakthrough in negotiations for Ajax defender Matthijs de Ligt.
The Italian giants have been regarded as favourites to sign the 19-year-old for a number of weeks, despite uncertainty over whether a fee will be agreed with Ajax.
However, according to De Telegraaf, Ajax have accepted the latest offer from Juventus, which could be in the region of £67m.
While the report does not confirm the fee involved, the Eredivisie side had been demanding that figure in order to give the green light to a sale.
Agent Mino Raiola has previously indicated that the personal terms have already been negotiated with the Dutch outfit.
Paris Saint-Germain have continued to monitor the situation having expressed a desire to sign the much-sought-after youngster.
