Juventus may reportedly cancel the contract of Gonzalo Higuain in the coming months.
Before restrictions were placed on flights due to the coronavirus pandemic, Higuain travelled back to Argentina in order to be with his ill mother.
Despite attempting to make contact with the forward, Tuttosport claims that Juventus are yet to hear back off the 32-year-old.
The report suggests that the Serie A leaders are now considering their options, one of which includes terminating Higuain's deal with the club.
Although the player has a contract until the end of next season, Juventus are said to be open to offers ahead of the next transfer window.
Much could depend on an announcement from the Italian Football Association with regards to a potential restart for Serie A.
