Valencia will seek to replace Roberto Soldado with Fabio Quagliarella, according to a report.

Valencia have emerged as rivals to Norwich City for the signature of Juventus striker Fabio Quagliarella.

The Canaries have so far been frustrated in their attempts to land the 30-year-old this summer, seeing a reported £8.7m bid rejected by the Bianconeri.

According to talkSPORT, the Spanish outfit will look reinvest a portion of the £25m from the sale of Roberto Soldado in a deal for the Italian international.

Quagliarella, who arrived in Turin from Napoli three years go, made 27 appearances - 13 of them starts - in Serie A last season, scoring nine goals in the process.
