Norwich City manager Alex Neil has denied that Kyle Lafferty could leave the club on loan for more first-team action.
Lafferty, 28, has only made two substitute appearances for Norwich this season, despite leading Northern Ireland to the Euro 2016 finals with seven goals in qualifying.
Championship side Leeds United expressed an interest in signing the forward on loan, and Northern Ireland boss Michael O'Neill said that it would be helpful if his star man did secure a move away from Carrow Road.
However, Neil has insisted that no-one will be leaving the club before the transfer window opens in January.
"No other players will be leaving the club on loan now until January at the earliest," Neil told reporters at his pre-match press conference ahead of Saturday's trip to Chelsea.
Lafferty has only been named in Norwich's Premier League matchday squad on three occasions this season.
