Bolton Wanderers have reportedly made a move to sign Leeds United goalkeeper Andy Lonergan.
Despite other clubs expressing interest in the shot-stopper, Bolton are believed to be the favourites to complete the signing.
Lonergan is seemingly no longer needed at Elland Road following the signing of Paddy Kenny from Queens Park Rangers. Bolton, who have already had a bid turned down for the 28-year-old, are understood to have make a fresh attempt to sign the former Preston man.
A deal in the region of £200,000 is being touted, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post, with Bolton boss Owen Coyle keen to land Lonergan before the club head off to Scotland for a pre-season tour.
Lonergan joined Leeds in 2011 after 11 years at Preston North End.
