Leeds United could reportedly look to boost their squad before the January transfer window with the signing of experienced midfielder Jack Wilshere.
The 29-year-old has been without a club since leaving Bournemouth at the end of last season, but he has been training over the summer and is listening to offers.
According to LeedsLive, Leeds could move to sign Wilshere on a free transfer, with head coach Marcelo Bielsa allegedly keen to boost his options in the middle of the park.
The former Arsenal youngster recently began training with Italian outfit Como, who operate in Serie B, but he is believed to be holding out for a move to a Serie A outfit.
Wilshere made 197 appearances for Arsenal's first team between 2008 and 2018 before leaving for West Ham United, where he largely struggled to impress due to a number of injury issues.
Leeds boosted their squad over the summer with the arrivals of Daniel James, Junior Firpo, Jack Harrison and Kristoffer Klaesson. body check tags ::
