Leeds United are reportedly interested in signing Bayern Munich midfielder Marc Roca this summer.
The 25-year-old has struggled to game time since joining the Bundesliga champions from Espanyol in 2020 and has featured in only 24 games across all competitions, including just four starts in 2021-22.
According to The Athletic, Leeds are looking to bolster their midfield options and have identified Roca as a potential target, with Bayern willing to accept offers worth around £10m.
The report adds that West Ham United have also been monitoring the Spaniard, who still has three years remaining on his contract at the Allianz Arena.
Leeds have already completed two new signings ahead of the 2022-23 campaign, with head coach Jesse Marsch raiding his former club Red Bull Salzburg for midfielder Brenden Aaronson and right-back Rasmus Kristensen, the latter joining the club on Wednesday.
The Whites are thought to have spent around £35m on the pair and they are looking to make further additions to their squad as they bid to improve on last season's 17th-placed finish in the Premier League.
The potential arrival of Roca would see the Spain Under-21 international compete with the likes of Aaronson, Kalvin Phillips, Mateusz Klich and Adam Forshaw for a place in centre-midfield. body check tags ::
