Vitoria de Setubal defender Frederico Venancio has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Leeds United.
Venancio has been with Vitoria since 2012 but the centre-back spent the most recent campaign on loan at Sheffield Wednesday, with 20 appearances being made in the Championship.
The 25-year-old has since returned to his parent club but according to A Bola, Leeds are considering an approach for the player.
Venancio still has three years remaining on his contract, but the Yorkshire giants may attempt to secure a loan deal later in the summer.
Leeds are currently without a head coach, with former Argentina boss Marcelo Bielsa allegedly being considered for the position at Elland Road.
