Carpi forward Jerry Mbakogu has reportedly remained a transfer target for Leeds United.
During the January window, the Yorkshire giants were interested in signing the Nigerian, who has netted six goals from 19 appearances in Serie B this season.
Carpi opted to keep the 25-year-old in Italy but according to the Daily Mail, Leeds will renew their interest during the summer.
Mbakogu has been contracted to Carpi for the past three-and-a-half seasons, with the attacker netting twice in 24 outings in Serie A during the 2015-16 campaign.
Leeds have scored 42 goals from their 31 Championship fixtures this season, but changes will likely be made if the club cannot achieve a place in the second-tier playoffs.
