Leeds United are reportedly considering a move for free agent Kieran Richardson.
The 31-year-old, who has operated in both defence and midfield during a well-travelled professional career, is currently available on a free after leaving Aston Villa at the end of the 2015-16 campaign.
A number of clubs have been credited with an interest in the former Manchester United midfielder, but according to the Daily Mail, Leeds lead the race as Garry Monk looks for experience to boost his ranks.
Richardson represented Man United between 2002 and 2007, before joining Sunderland, where he made 134 league appearances over the course of five seasons. The England international has also represented Fulham.
