Craig Mackail-Smith could leave Brighton for Leeds United, according to reports.
Sky Sports News suggests that the two clubs are in talks to agree a move for the 28-year-old.
Leeds manager Neil Warnock has made the Scottish international a top priority as he looks to turn around the club's fortunes.
Mackail-Smith scored 10 goals for Brighton last season, but it is believed that the club are prepared to cash in on the striker to fund a move for a target man.
