Peterborough United have signed David Norris on a short-term deal until the end of the season.
The 33-year-old was a free agent after being released by Leeds United earlier this month.
"He has a good understanding of the game, he will get into the box, he can play centrally or in a number 10 so gives us different options," Peterborough boss Darren Ferguson told the club website.
"He is a good talker, a good organiser and ticks a lot of the boxes that I wanted to tick. He comes in at a good time."
The midfielder, who was born in Peterborough, will wear 23 for the Posh and could feature in this afternoon's home game against Rochdale.
