Leicester City's Kasper Schmeichel is facing one month on the sidelines after breaking his hand during Wednesday night's Champions League clash with Copenhagen.
According to Sky Sports News, the Danish international suffered the injury while punching clear a cross in the first period of Leicester's 0-0 draw with Copenhagen in Denmark.
Schmeichel played on for more than one hour with the injury, but a scan revealed a break and the stopper will now see a specialist on Thursday to determine the best course of action in terms of a recovery.
The 29-year-old will miss Premier League games against West Bromwich Albion, Watford, Middlesbrough and Sunderland, in addition to Leicester's next Champions League group match against Club Brugge.
