Nigel Pearson has admitted that Leicester City still have "hard work" ahead of them if they are to avoid relegation from the Premier League.
The Foxes beat Burnley 1-0 yesterday to pick up a fourth straight victory, which lifts them out of the bottom three for the first time since November.
The Leicester manager told BBC Sport: "To win four on the trot is a good achievement. But I am aware people may start feeling the emphasis of our pressure has changed and that is nonsense.
"It's always a difficult league to be successful in and we've got a lot of hard work to do. If people think the hard work's done, they're in for a shock.
"With five games to go it is important to keep our fate in our hands, so we have a lot of difficult games to play. At this stage of the season it is about getting the right results."
Leicester are in action again on Wednesday when they face league leaders Chelsea.
