Leicester City are expected to imminently confirm the capture of Sampdoria attacker Dennis Praet in an £18m deal.
The 25-year-old is thought to have arrived at the Foxes' training complex this morning to undergo a medical and complete the necessary paperwork before tonight's 5pm deadline.
Praet, who was also courted by AC Milan and Valencia this summer, is a long-term target for Brendan Rodgers's side and is reportedly keen on a move to the Premier League.
The Belgium international has turned out more than 100 times for Sampdoria since his 2016 switch from Anderlecht, where he played alongside Foxes midfielder Youri Tielemans.
Praet is expected to become Leicester's fourth senior signing of the summer, joining Tielemans, James Justin and Ayoze Perez at the King Power.
