Leicester City are preparing a £1m bid for Cardiff City striker Fraizer Campbell, according to a report.
The 26-year-old has been linked with several clubs following the Bluebirds' relegation from the Premier League.
Nigel Pearson wants Campbell to spearhead his attack for their first campaign back in the top flight in 10 years and is hopeful that he can land the striker in a cut-price deal, reports the Daily Mail.
Leicester have already added Matthew Upson and Marc Albrighton to their squad this summer.
