Lyon coach Hubert Fournier has revealed his pleasure after his side continued their bid to claim the Ligue 1 crown with a 2-0 victory over Lens.
OL grabbed three points in Amiens earlier today thanks to an own goal from Jean-Philippe Gbamin and a Alexandre Lacazette penalty, with Fournier also praising the solidity of his team away from home.
"We were worried about this match, in part due to the conditions, but also because of this courageous Lens side," Fournier told the club's official website.
"We were very solid. The first minutes were very tough, but once we got going we played very well. We are very happy this evening.
"We will now try and recover well because we have another big match against Nantes on Tuesday."
Lyon currently hold a four-point lead at the top of the league standings, with 45 points from 21 games so far this season.
