The hosts had a good chance to make the breakthrough on the brink of half time, yet following a scramble inside the box the ball was eventually cleared.

Lens were gifted a glorious chance to take the lead with a little over an hour played through Yoann Touzghar, but he failed to convert from six yards out.

Touzghar went down in the box shortly after, although shouts for a penalty were quickly waved away.

Both sides looked to find a winner in the closing stages, but it was not to be with the game ending in a stalemate.
