A stunning late free kick from Piti has helped Granada to a 1-0 victory over Levante at the Ciudad de Valencia.
It was an entertaining encounter that look destined to end goalless until the 32-year-old forward found the top corner to launch his team into 11th in La Liga.
The home side were given the chance to take the lead from the penalty spot after 24 minutes, when Manuel Iturra brought down Nabil El Zhar inside the area.
The former Liverpool forward got up to take the kick himself, but Roberto saved his poor effort from 12 yards.
Granada missed a great chance to take the lead when Diego Buonanotte dodged a couple of challenges before striking for the top corner, but Keylor Navas made a good save.
Another chance went begging just after the break; this time Allan-Romeo Nyom darted into the box only to be denied by a vital block from David Navarro.
The referee then waved away the visitors' protests for a penalty when Angulo appeared to handle in the box moments later.
Joaquin Caparros's side managed to rouse a response, with El Zhar bringing a fine save from Roberto, before Issam Adoua hit the bar.
They had to rely upon their keeper Navas, who made a brilliant save to deny Youssef El Arabi with just over 10 minutes remaining.
However, he was powerless to stop Piti's free kick from snatching the points in injury time.
