Levante have sacked head coach Lucas Alcaraz following Sunday's 4-0 defeat to Real Sociedad.
The loss to David Moyes's side kept Levante second from bottom in the La Liga table.
Alcaraz, who was appointed as coach last year, has guided the team to just six points from their opening nine games.
Levante, who have also parted company with Alcaraz's backroom staff, have conceded 19 league goals so far this season.
