Dean Cox of Leyton Orient has won the League Two Player of the Month award for August.
The 28-year-old winger found the net twice in five games for the O's last month.
Ian Hendon's side currently sit at the top of the table thanks to five wins from their opening five games of the campaign.
"I am really pleased that Dean has picked up this award," said Hendon, who has been named League Two Manager of the Month for August. "He plays a vital role in our team with his goals and the chances he has created for his teammates.
"He has produced some fine performances throughout the month and it is great for both the club and the team to have won both awards for the month."
Cox, who moved to Brisbane Road from Brighton & Hove Albion in 2010, pipped Jabo Ibehre, Aaron Pierre and Barry Corr to the award.
