Former Queens Park Rangers midfielder Martin Rowlands has agreed a contract extension at Leyton Orient.
The 33-year-old joined the club on an initial one-month deal at the end of August, but it was understood that he would leave following the completion of his contract.
However, the midfielder has made five first-team appearances for Orient this season, leading to Russell Slade offering him an extended contract.
"I'm delighted that Martin has agreed to extend his contract with the club. Martin is a good professional and an excellent player to have around the dressing room," Slade told the club's official website.
"He has brought experience and knowhow to the team over the last month and it's great that he will continue to do that."
Rowland's deal will expire in January.
