Lens left it late to come from behind to share a 1-1 draw with Lille in Ligue 1 this afternoon, with Adamo Coulibaly scoring in stoppage time.
Chances were scarce in the first half, with Lille not recording a single shot on target before half time, although Divock Origi did find his way through for a couple of wide finishes.
Coulibaly came closest to opening the scoring in the first half when he attempted to head in from a Benjamin Bourigeaud cross, but Vincent Enyeama held on to it.
The visitors did not need long after the restart to take the lead though as Nolan Roux picked out Idrissa Gueye with a through-ball less than two minutes into the second half, leaving the midfielder to fire in low.
Pierrick Valdivia tried to get the hosts back on level terms just after the hour mark, but he hurried his final touch, firing well high.
The home side continued to push though, and finally found the target deep into stoppage time when Coulibaly rounded several defenders before firing home to ensure that the sides shared the points.
The result leaves Lens in the relegation zone, while Lille move up to 15th.
