Lille have confirmed a third-placed finish and Champions League qualification as they beat Lorient 4-1 on the final day of the Ligue 1 season.
The away side struck the post after only five minutes when Salomon Kalou whipped in a direct free kick, which beat the keeper but not the frame of the goal.
Lorient responded positively and they took the lead when Jeremie Aliadiere struck a right-footed shot from the centre of the box into the bottom left corner, following Wesley Lautoa's well-crafted pass.
However, Lille ensured things were level at the break as Nolan Roux played in Kalou, who made no mistake by firing into the bottom left corner of goal.
The visitors continued their fight-back after the break when Roux made it 2-1, with Florent Balmont crossing for the midfielder to convert with a header.
Lille confirmed their third-placed finish with little over 20 minutes remaining when Kalou completed a brace by tucking the ball into the bottom corner.
The hosts made their own evening worse in injury time as Gregory Bourillon put into his own net to leave the final score at 4-1.
