Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren has insisted that he and his teammates cannot afford a bad result against Ludogorets Razgrad in their Champions League opener this evening.
The Reds will return to the elite competition at Anfield following a five-year absence, but head into the game on the back of a 1-0 defeat to Aston Villa.
"We are playing at home, we are at Anfield and we need to attack," The Mirror quotes Lovren as saying. "We need to win this game, we can't wait and wait for something to happen."
So far this season, Liverpool have recorded two victories and two defeats.
