Goalkeeper Simon Mignolet has hailed the team spirit at Liverpool ahead of the club's meeting with Real Madrid in the Champions League final.
At the start of the season, the Reds were only regarded as outsiders to reach the final in Kiev but victories over Porto, Manchester City and Roma during the knockout stages have resulted in a showdown with the defending champions on Saturday night.
Liverpool have impressed with their attacking football during the competition, but Mignolet has suggested that the unity in the dressing room has proven equally important.
The 30-year-old told the Liverpool Echo: "With all the travelling you do over the course of a season, you are together for a long time. That's where this dressing room is so good. Everyone is together. You never see anyone falling out. Everyone is sitting together at the table for meals.
"Everyone jokes around. Everyone speaks to each other. There are no separate groups. When there's that togetherness it makes it easier to feel part of it even when you are not playing."
Mignolet is expected to be named on the bench for this weekend's showpiece event.
