Liverpool defender Alberto Moreno has said that playing against former club Sevilla in the Europa League final will be "very weird".
Moreno was born in Seville and made a combined total of over 100 appearances for the 'B' side and first team during his time at the club.
The left-back has spent the past two seasons with Liverpool but he has insisted that he would not be able to celebrate if he scored a goal against the La Liga outfit in the game which is being staged in Basel.
The 23-year-old told Marca: "Even if it was the winner, I wouldn't celebrate. Sevilla is my home, my city, I have friends and teammates there, it was the club that has made me a footballer.
"For many reasons I couldn't and wouldn't celebrate. It might even make me cry with joy and sadness at the same time. It's all going to be very weird."
Moreno has made 12 appearances for the Merseyside giants during their run to the final.
