Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has reacted in disbelief that his team have to play another game following their failure to overcome Exeter City in Friday night's FA Cup third-round tie in Devon.
The Reds, who played just one first-team regular in Christian Benteke at St James Park, came from behind twice, but were forced to settle for a 2-2 draw against the League Two outfit.
The result means that Liverpool, who have played four games in nine days, will have to add a third-round replay at Anfield to their busy schedule.
After the match, Klopp told BBC Sport: "[My players] tried everything. We have to be more robust. It was really difficult. It was really difficult on the pitch but Exeter did really well - maybe they know on which part of the pitch it's possible to play football!
"They won too many easy flick-ons, it was really difficult. Both goals were really unlucky for us. We made the draw but we have to play again - I can't believe another game!"
Liverpool's next game is against Arsenal at Anfield next Wednesday.
