Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has revealed that he will recall Simon Mignolet for the FA Cup fourth-round tie with West Bromwich Albion.
Earlier this month, Klopp declared that Loris Karius was now considered to be the number-one goalkeeper at Anfield, with Mignolet having to drop down to the substitutes' bench.
Danny Ward had appeared to be in contention for a rare start against the Baggies, but Klopp has said that Mignolet will come back into the starting lineup.
At a press conference, the 50-year-old told reporters: "Simon Mignolet will play tomorrow. Danny Ward will play for the youth U23s.
"I really think that all goalkeepers need rhythm, training and playing time. They all have an opportunity to play."
Mignolet has not made an appearance for Liverpool since New Year's Day.
