Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana will reportedly play no part in tonight's FA Cup quarter-final replay against Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park after failing to overcome a groin problem.
The 26-year-old suffered the injury during the Reds' 2-1 defeat to Manchester United at Anfield on March 22.
Due to the blow, Lallana was ruled out of England duty and was absent from Liverpool's 4-1 loss to Arsenal at the Emirates on Saturday afternoon.
According to the Liverpool Echo, the midfielder did not train with the rest of his teammates at Melwood on Tuesday and is unlikely to be in the squad for tonight's encounter.
The FA Cup is regarded as the Reds' last chance to salvage their season as they reside seven points behind a Champions League spot.
