Liverpool face a quick return to Premier League action on Saturday when they take on Southampton just three days after winning the UEFA Super Cup on penalties.
No doubt carrying tired legs from the shootout triumph over Chelsea in Istanbul, the Reds are also facing something of an injury crisis in goal ahead of the St Mary's visit.
Jurgen Klopp's side will still be favourites to come away with all three points, though, as they look to build on their season-opening success against Norwich City.
Here, Sports Mole rounds up Liverpool's latest injury and suspension news ahead of their first away game of the campaign.
Status: Out
Type of injury: Calf
Possible return date: Unknown
Liverpool may have picked up the three points in their opening match of the season, but it came at a cost as Alisson suffered a calf injury. Klopp has refused to put a timeframe on his recovery, but the Brazilian may not feature again until after the September international break.
Adrian
Status: Major doubt
Type of injury: Ankle
Possible return date: August 17 (vs. Southampton)
Liverpool fans were suddenly thankful for the summer acquisition of Adrian following Alisson's injury, but the Reds could also be without the back-up shot-stopper on Saturday due to bizarre circumstances. Seconds after making himself the hero in Istanbul by saving Tammy Abraham's penalty, Adrian was inadvertently tackled by a pitch invader and is now in a race against time to recover from an ankle injury as a result.
Status: Out
Type of injury: Muscle
Possible return date: Unknown
Keita was an unused sub against Norwich before missing out on the squad entirely in midweek, and Klopp has since revealed that he is struggling with a muscle problem.
Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown
Clyne is a long-term absentee after picking up a serious knee injury in pre-season which will keep him sidelined for the first half of the campaign at least.
